1 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bk9993 website accessible at bk9993.bet and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means any real-money funds held in a player Account, excluding bonus credits.

• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game entry placed by a User using real-money Balance or Bonus Credits.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 The bk9993 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 bk9993 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority.

2.3 Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to a person aged 21 or above will be suspended. Any Balance held in such an Account will be returned to the source payment method after deducting any amounts won using unverified credentials, in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.

2.4 By accepting these Terms, you also confirm that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited, and that it is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your place of residence.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 One Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on bk9993. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. bk9993 may use technical fingerprinting, payment data, and identity documents to detect duplicate registrations.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide true, complete, and current information during registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. bk9993 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for keeping your username, password, and any two-step verification credentials confidential. You must notify bk9993 support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorization. bk9993 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access where the User has failed to take reasonable security precautions.

3.4 Account Closure. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any remaining Balance disbursed to the last verified payment method. Bonus Credits that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bk9993 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bk9993 does not accept transactions in any other currency without prior written agreement.

4.2 Minimum Transaction Limits. The minimum deposit is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum transaction limits may apply depending on the payment method and the player's verification tier; these limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction.

4.6 Fees. bk9993 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile money provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own service charges, for which bk9993 bears no responsibility.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 bk9993 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, deposit match offers, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the matters they address.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 25x), specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal request will be approved.

5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager staked. Live casino games, sports bets, and table games may contribute a lower percentage. The specific contribution rates for each game category are published in the individual promotion terms.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. bk9993 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close an Account, where it reasonably suspects that a player is exploiting bonuses in bad faith, using low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or participating in coordinated promotional abuse with other accounts.

5.5 Expiry. Bonus credits that have not been used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will be automatically removed from the Account without notice.

6 Game Rules & Betting Conduct

6.1 The rules of each game available on bk9993 are governed by the game provider (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi) and are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding game rules before placing any wager.

6.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes. Each game or betting market operates within defined minimum and maximum stake limits displayed in the game or betting interface. bk9993 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Bet Acceptance. A wager is considered accepted and binding only when it has been confirmed by the Platform's server and a confirmation reference has been issued to the player. 6.5 Sports Betting. Cricket and other sports betting markets are subject to the settlement rules of the relevant sport's governing body (ICC, BCB, etc.). bk9993 follows standard industry practices for the settlement of abandoned matches, reduced-overs games, and events affected by weather or other external factors, as published in the sports betting rules section of the Platform.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bk9993 and will result in immediate Account suspension and possible forfeiture of Balance:

• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to place wagers or gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or data feed delays to place wagers that the player knows carry a guaranteed or near-guaranteed profit ("arbing" or "scalping").
• Colluding with other players or agents to manipulate game outcomes in any live dealer or multi-player game.
• Opening or operating accounts on behalf of third parties, or allowing any other individual to use your Account.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting personal information during the verification process.
• Circumventing any responsible gaming restriction, including self-exclusion, deposit limits, or cooling-off periods, by opening a new account.

8 Responsible Gaming

12 Amendments to These Terms

All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.2 This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and bk9993 with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
